1. Introduction This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the refund process for passes booked through the Let’s Socialise app ("App"). By booking a pass, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. Full Refund Eligibility: If you want a refund, reach out to us before 72 hours of the scheduled event 100% refund will be initiated, Without any questions asked.
3. Non-refundable cancellations submitted less than seventy-two (72) hours before the Event are ineligible for a refund. No portion of the pass purchase price will be refunded in such cases.
4. Refund Request Procedure To initiate refund the users should inform us on WhatsApp at 9873764253 at least 72 hours before the event starts. It is the user's responsibility to make sure the WhatsApp message goes to us within time.
5. Amendments The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on the App.
